This guide is a result of my love affair with Havana. It’s a celebration, too, of all those hard-working, energetic new business owners who’ve revived Havana, in particular, these last few years. When I think what Havana was like 10 years ago or more with the tumbleweed rolling through the lacklustre state restaurants, the city is transformed.
